About
Rebecca Duffy
Licensed acupuncturist and clinical herbalist I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. Growing up in an active and athletic family, I planned for a future in the health care field.I was drawn to more holistic ways of healing and felt that these remedies needed a place in our modern day world. In 2001, my older brother Luke suffered a wrestling injury that required surgery on his neck. Following surgery, the only therapy that relieved his pain was acupuncture. It was at this time that Luke introduced me to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). With a desire to heal and a passion for natural medicine, I decided to pursue my career. I graduated with a Masters in Oriental Medicine from Minnesota College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Bloomington, Minnesota. I returned back to my hometown in 2006 and in hopes of healing Anchorage one patient at a time. |
